We have got you covered!
Through assemblies, workshops and targeted interventions, we don’t just inspire young people in the moment — we equip them with practical tools and stronger thinking that create confidence and resilience long after the session ends.
The goal isn't a great hour. The goal is stronger thinking, greater confidence and practical strategies students carry into school, home and their future.
Through impactful assemblies, workshops and practical coaching sessions, young people gain tools they can use immediately — not just motivation that disappears by the next day.
Every school, student and year group is different. We start by understanding the challenges, goals and outcomes you want to create — whether that's confidence, resilience, exam anxiety support or targeted intervention.
This isn't about creating temporary motivation. It's about helping young people build confidence, resilience and self-belief that lasts long after the sessions end.

I predominantly work with teenagers and young adults aged 14+, with year 7 transition days, alongside parents and schools looking to build confidence, resilience and emotional wellbeing support.
I am a qualified ACCPH mindset coach partnered with 15 years working inside schools as a Head of Department and Head of Year, I’ve seen first-hand the challenges young people face today. My approach combines real educational experience with practical mindset tools and coaching strategies that create lasting change - not just temporary motivation.
No, this is not therapy. Limitless with Lacey provides mindset coaching and practical support focused on developing confidence, resilience and emotional wellbeing. Coaching helps young people focus on the future, develop strategies and build stronger thinking, for happier living.
Yes, all of the time. Many young people I work with struggle with anxiety, overwhelm, low confidence or self-doubt. The sessions provide practical tools and strategies to help them better understand and manage these feelings effectively.
Schools can choose from assemblies, workshops, 1:1 interventions, Year 7 transition support, Year 11 exam anxiety sessions, staff CPD and longer-term support programmes.
Absolutely. Every school is different. Sessions are designed around your students, year groups and the outcomes you want to create.
It doesn’t have to be. Assemblies can be one off events, but we plan our sessions to be engaging and inspiring, with the focus to always be offering practical tools students can take away and continue using beyond the session itself.
Yes. Small group interventions can be particularly powerful for students needing targeted confidence, resilience or emotional wellbeing support.
I hold an Enhanced DBS, safeguarding qualifications and have over 15 years of experience working with young people in schools, meaning sessions can be delivered independently where appropriate. That said, I always work within each school’s safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure students feel safe, supported and comfortable.
